The main idea of the PolyAxNail®
PH is to combine the advantages of polyaxial plates and intramedullary nails.
PH offers a new possibility to treat proximal humeral fractures. Due to the technological enhancementof clinically established intramedullary nails, the range of indication and the result of therapy have been increased significantly.
enables the user to individually adjust the proximal locking screws to the particular anatomy and the specific line of fracture during operation. This is achieved by the polyaxial design of the proximal locking screws which can be orientated continuously into all directions at a scale of ±10°. Thus the reconstruction of the fracture can be improved significantly. The innovative mechanism enables the following fixed-angle blocking of the locking screws in the desired orientation.
provides the patient with best cosmetic results due to a minimal invasive and soft tissue protecting treatment. Compared to commonly used nailing systems, the convalescence is accelerated. The same nail design can be used for both right and left humerus.
The new target device offers you an intuitive and easy to use handling. It enables the polyaxial and continuous locking of the intramedullary nail. The duration of the operation can be decreased significantly.

Development takes place in cooperation with the University of Applied Science Munich, Germany.
Bones App, AOClassifcation
For the first time, Bone visualizes fracture of the long hollow bones in 3D.The AO Classification of fractures is a system for classifying bone fractures as a method of categorizing injuries according to their localization and severity. In that way, it gives surgeons the options for treatment and a prognosis of the patient’s anatomical and functional outcome. The detailed visualization of the fracture lines and their description together with clinical X-Ray provide the clinician with the information needed to simply classify according to the AO. Bone was developed in Cooperation with the Trauma Center Tübingen, Germany.

Capitulum Crown CC, Resurfacing Implant for the distal Humerus
The Capitulum Crown CC is an anatomically adapted and biomechanically optimized resurfacing implant of the lateral elbow joint. Its anatomical design is defined by a representative morphological analysis of the elbow. A significant number of CT Datasets was digitized and statistically evaluated. Thanks to the shape of the Capitulum Crown CC, the minimal invasive surgical technique preserves the complex ligament structures and assures a stable and fast healing elbow joint. This development was clinically driven.
